Good clean apartment to start with then major problem with Ants which was highlighted to the owner but nothing was done Had to disinfect all kitchen, and bathroom surfaces on a daily basis. Could not leave any item uncovered even toothbrush in the bathroom Would have appreciated a visit from cleaner /pest control. I have a video if required

“Amazing Stay”
We had an amazing stay at this apartment - this was our 3rd time visiting Playa San Juan for a cycling training camp and this was the best apartment we’ve stayed in so far. We had a lovely arrival message from the host who also left us an arrival gift 😊 It was spacious enough for 4 of us, had a well equipped kitchen, and balcony with a lovely view. The shop is just over the road and for a bigger grocery shop Lidl is a short drive away. This apartment is within sight of the beach and just a minute’s walk there which is amazing. Very good value for money!

contact person Francisco always answered my call(I called him only 3 times during my stay), apartment is close to the beach(1 minute walk), fiber high-speed internet in apartment, oven and mixer in the kitchen, eating on balcony
