“Perfect stay”

INCREDIBLE. The host waited up for us and then treated us like royalty. Room was perfect, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Location was ideal.

The location suits us as we are in seventies and like the quiet location. We also like to walk.

We stayed here for 13 days, and while there were some positives, unfortunately, our overall experience was heavily impacted by noise issues. Positives: The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and just a 2-minute walk from the beach — which was a big plus. The bed was comfortable and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Negatives: Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had in terms of getting a good night’s sleep. The apartment was extremely noisy. The bedroom windows face the street and offer no sound insulation — even with them fully closed, it felt like they were open. We could hear every conversation, every chair movement, and all kinds of noise from both outside and the apartment above us. The ceiling and walls had virtually no soundproofing. To make it worse, the neighbours often stayed up late, which meant we barely slept and felt completely exhausted by the end of our stay. Parking was also a daily struggle, as it was rarely possible to find a spot near the apartment. I would only recommend this place to travelers who don’t mind noise or who don’t prioritise rest on their holiday.

“Good enough to stay again !”

Flat very clean. Beds had deep mattresses and lovely snowy white, yet very comfy bedding. 2 mins walk to beach front. Louis was a superb host and accommodated our (quite frequent requests) with a big smile.

Friendly host (no English spoken). The apartment was clean and had all the basic needs for our one week stay.

I had stayed there before and liked the property, the gentleman on reception, the location and the price was reasonable. There is a roof terrace too. It's not a modern apartment but has all that you need. Playa San Juan is a lovely place to walk round and has plenty of places to eat.

“Perfect place when it's not a hot weather”

Luis was a very friendly and helpful host. I accidentially left keys inside in the lock which prevented opening the door with a key. Luis came at 10 pm at night to open the door with special tools. You couldn't get better service than this! Thank you, Luis! The apartment was clean and had a modern kitchen. The beds were comfortable. There's everything you need for a comfortable stay except a coffee maker. The shared sun deck on the roof was also very nice. Parking a car on the street was sometimes challenging, but I could always find an available spot nearby. There's also a free public garage just 150 meters away.

Very central, clean, comfy, everything in the apartment one would need. Cozy bedroom. Nice staff.

The place was amazing, decent size and amazing balcony/terrace. I would recommend for both families and couples. The guy at reception was very polite and showed us around when we arrived. Thank you.

We were welcomed very kindly at the flat and felt comfortable right from the beginning, the employee welcoming us was very kind. The place is well maintained, clean, comfortable and has modern, cozy furniture. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are cozy. The flat is also close to the beach and supermarket. We had a good time there!
