Amazing location, view of sea and mountains. Lovely beach nearby. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds (we are picky). Lovely surprise on arrival. Wonderful communication throughout. So helpful when we needed a taxi to go home. Used a local lady who was superb and arrived just before 4am, bang on time. This made it totally stress-free getting back to the airport (only 30 minutes away). Very easy taxi journey from the airport to the apartment. Our plane was delayed and we got into the house at 1 am (so sorry about this)! The Wonderful apartment manager was waiting for us, totally out of agreed-upon hours. Beach toys! These made it even better! We were the envy of the beach with the bodyboard. Hope it survives a few more families! Post booking i worried that I should have booked the one with the pool. Well, with a fab beach on the doorstep that was incredibly safe and very family-focused, then the amazing Ritz Hotel beach a 10 minute bus ride away (absolutely knock you off your feet fabulous!) - who needs a pool. The Ritz one was amazing snorkelling, turquoise sea, multicoloured fish everywhere! Toilets, restaurant, bar and phenomenally safe as you walk through Ritz grounds to get to it. Public allowed. Location was perfect for getting to - Siam Water Park, Los Gigantes (amazing walk from Playa San Juan along the coast to Los Gigantes). Play parks and restaurants on the way! Public pay as you go swimming pool and crazy golf in a really nice restaurant at Los Gigantes. Well worth it if they do want a pool day. Great food!

It was clean, really well-equipped (even including nice little touches like a beach parasol), great location and Sandra was an excellent host. Excellent value for money.

We rested with a family of 3 people. We really liked this apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet area, with a beautiful view from the balcony to the mountains and the ocean, near the beach and many different shops. The apartment is clean, everything you need. The hosts are very friendly.

Great apartment! Everything was clean, cozy and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is everything you need for living. We were especially pleased with the attention to detail - fresh towels, comfortable bed and a nice interior. The location is great - shops, cafes and public transport stops are nearby. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and always in touch. We will definitely come back again and with pleasure!

“Perfect clean Apartment in beautiful town”

Perfect, cozy, spacious, clean apartment for family or group of friends. The host is wonderful, very friendly and provided us all information on time also helped us during the stay. Apartment has very nice, spanish type balcony with mountain view. Apartment is 10-15 minutes to Playa San Juan with a very nice walk along the ocean.

Bright and clean apartment on the 1st floor of the well maintained building. Quiet at night with smart tv, comfortable beds, powerful shower and everything needed for a week stay. Great location, 5-7 mins to the beaches, grocery shops and also plenty restaurants around. Host was very good, let us to check in before the time and welcomed us with wine, water and basket of fruits. We would come back if again in San Juan.

Clean, well-equipped accommodation, friendly welcome. It was perfect for our family for 4 nights.

What you see is what you get. it is very nice new apartment situated in quiet street of Playa San Juan. it is 2 badroom apartment . fully furnished with new furniture. kitchen like at home, Big TV with paid programs. super WIFI. Typical small balcony with partly ocean wiew. 20 mts from the doors is local restaurant with local normal people, for very normal price with good service. 50 mts ont the other side are 2 caffes with breakfast menu and ice cream. Recommend this place for people tired of turist. I liked it very much. I felt very comfortable and slept well.
