Everything was great - breakfast was tasty and various and the beds were comfy. Very close to the Airport. However we rented a car and the parking was quiet tricky in the area but we always managed to find a free spot near the hotel somewhere. But overall this did not affect our stay at all since we knew the parking will be a little difficult. :)

The staff were welcoming and always on hand. The rooms were comfortable, and very spacious, the shower was fab, as was the hairdryer ! The breakfast was brilliant, loads of choice and very relaxed with no need to rush to be up early ! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here in winter, and it was really nice. The streets weren’t busy, there were fewer tourists, and the weather was awesome. We booked one of the most expensive rooms with a hot tub and a bubble bedroom. The hot tub was absolutely amazing, especially in winter. The sun was good enough for sunbathing, and the hot tub felt like a lovely replacement for the sea. That alone made the stay special. The room was a bit basic but had everything we needed: a fridge, a tiny desk, a TV, and a bath in the bathroom.

Very good room, excellent location, very close to the beach. We went in January, which is not the time for Mallorca, really. But still, there were quite a few restaurants around and it was clear that the place must be buzzing with activity during summer! The unlimited breakfast is awesome!! Truly a very good experience overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. They allowed us to store rented bicycles in the luggage room at the lobby for a night, because it was raining outside.

3 star hotel the staff was great ,incredible great customer service of Sylvia in the reception ,Miguel and Raul.They done all the best to make my short break comfortable and easy ,with my late flight,and the weather wasn’t great before I left ,breakfast was good from 8 to 1.30 pm ,with super lovely staff Dina .

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming.The location was very good.The no 25 bus to the cathedral and city centre stops close to the hotel at only 2€ fare .Also the A2 Airport bus, 5€ fare, stops close by too. The unlimited brunch, 8am 'til 13.30 ,provided a good selection of food.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel – definitely favourable for a three-star category. The beds were clean and fresh, and while the bathrooms were a bit basic, they were in decent condition. Overall, the hotel was kept very clean and well-maintained. The highlight for us was the buffet – a great variety of food every morning. From sweet croissants and chocolate doughnuts to fresh salads with tomatoes and olive oil, plus hot options like hashbrowns, sausages, and beans. There was also a good selection of breads, a well-working toaster, and a coffee machine that grinds fresh beans – a really nice touch! They also had refreshing infused water available, one with oranges and another with cucumber, which was perfect in the heat. It would be even better if water was available 24 hours a day. The small swimming pool was perfect for a quick dip in the hot weather. The hotel is in a quiet little spot, close to the beach and surrounded by good restaurants – we especially enjoyed El Pato opposite the hotel, and The Ginger Bar near the beach. Transport was convenient too – just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop where Bus 25 runs to Palma every 10–15 minutes. It took around 40 minutes to get there, depending on traffic. All in all, great value for a 3-star stay, with some really nice extras and a convenient location.

We had a wonderful time. We had the bathtub on the balcony, room 401 which was amazing for my husband and I, It was a lovely hotel and the staff were amazing. Silvia behind the desk and bar, was so kind and helpful as well as the other employees. Brunch was good every day, nice clean open spaces .

The staff was wonderful. The overnight gentleman was great. Our flight arrived around 2 am and we still got exceptional service when we arrived. Breakfast had a good selection. Hotel had a lovely atmosphere.
