Oleander is set just 200 metres from Playa de Palma Beach in La Maravillas, 10 minutes’ drive from Palma Airport. It features 2 swimming pools and rooms with balconies. “Really good for cyclists.”
Rooms were clean and a fair amount of space. Breakfast was pretty good and a good range of choices. Pool and pool area also very good. The basement area to store bicycles was excellent.

Lack of heating possibilities will make the moisture in the colder/rainy days very noticable through the entire hotel but especially in the room.

Great location, set back a bit from the main road but a 3 minute walk to the centre of the beautiful long beach, good supermarkets and bars and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The "all you can eat" buffet breakfast was great with a fabulous selection of fresh hot and cold food, fruit, yoghurts and cereals, coffee and fruit juices. I'll be back one day and would stay here again. Lovely clean pool with plenty of sun loungers all around. Easy to get bus to and from the airport and good transport links to Palma.

“Good stay off season”
The hotel location is great, close to the beach. We went off-season, so many of the shops and restaurants were closed. The hotel has a lovely entrance, and you can park your car on nearby streets for free. Saturday was the only day we had a bit of an issue finding parking. The hotel has 2 lifts; only one stops on the 6th floor, where our rooms were located. The lifts need a bit of upgrading. On busy days, I can only imagine the queues for the lift; I would suggest staying on the lower floors and taking the stairs during the high season. We got adjacent rooms, which was very good. We had balconies, which in the off-season are not really needed. But the views were very nice, especially for seeing the sunrise. The beds were not so comfortable, but for a few days, manageable. Good-sized rooms and bathroom. Shampoo and soap are available. Very clean towels. The bar is very nice, with good drink options, but there is no food or snacks available. The animation is okay for the off-season. The outside pool was closed; it seems to be a relatively good size and has a suitable number of sun chairs. We selected only the breakfast option, which was relatively good and catered to different tastes. Not so many veggie or vegan options. Coffee is good, better than expected. The morning staff were very welcoming, especially Esteban, a shout out to him, he was very helpful, funny and friendly, each morning he was ready to welcome us with a big smile and ensure we were all taken care of. Most of the staff, if not all, speak English, but a little courtesy, good morning and thank you in Spanish goes a long way.

Very clean place and the staff was super friendly. The outdoor pool looked stunning and there was a very nice indoor pool as well. They had a sauna and steam bath, but it was only on during specific times.
