“Very clean, well located apartment hotel allowing for both self-catering and on-site dining.”

Excellent location situated in a nice part of the Playa de Palma beachfront. The beach goes all the way from Palma City to S'Arenal. This hotel is very much in the nicer part of the whole stretch with access to the beach only 200m away. The staff in the restaurant were superb and hardworking as were all the cleaning staff and service staff throughout the hotel. The food was very good (we had paid for half-board). There are two pools in operation, one quieter and shaded. Both excellent. The hotel also offers the ability to shower and change on the day of departure if your flight is later in the day/evening, which was useful.

The breakfast was average. The room (Studio) was spacious and comfortable.

The kitchen staff were always smiling and the food was good. A good option when you have a small child. And the view was nice.

The location is the best. The apartment is a good size. We had a 2 bedroom. Indoor pool was lovely. Outdoor pools were nice but a little chilly as we went in May. Very clean everywhere. All the staff friendly and helpful. Lovely local beach and restaurants. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that.

Very Family friendly hotel with guests from all over Europe. The Service was absolutely amazing and the prices at the Restaurant very good and very child friendly. We totally recommend!

Great hotel, very family oriented, nice area where you can spend time with children, including kids pool and kids playroom with little bikes and step bikes. Staff is very friendly. Always meet you with a smile and nice words. Food selection at breakfast and dinner was great. The quality is also decent. Snack bar was convenient for afternoon hours or during the evening mini disco and entertainment time. There are 2 outdoor swimming pools which in April were still a bit cold to swim, but we could spend time on the sunbath terrace and to swim in the indoor warm pool. The beach is within 3 minutes walk. There are a lot of beach cafes and little shops and tourist train along the coast. We liked everything and willing to be back.
