“Good transit location close to the Palma beach and quiet area”
Well, the location was close to the airport as we stayed only for one transit night that was super comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean and we had a balcony which was nice.

“Could be much better without party folks”
I stayed 3 nights and travelled with my 7 year old child. What I liked about this hotel was: location - 5min walk to the beach. Well communicated with other places: 23 number bus to Aqualand just across the road, 10min drive to the airport. 5min walk to bus stop A2 which takes you to the airport and waterpark too. I've been in this area before, and hotel was close to my favourite restaurants. Lots of choice. Good value for what I paid for. Decent, clean room with nice balcony, not directly next to other guests balconies which means more privacy. Very good swimming pool but bear in mind not very suitable for small children especially non swimmers. It's was great for my boy though. Breakfast was lovely, fresh, tasty and good coffee. It was also cheap €12 per adult and only €6 per child. Great value breakfast. Staff was ok. I wish they spoke better English but still no a big deal. They were friendly that's what matters. Overall good stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night as it is close to the airport and we had a very early morning flight home. We had no trouble finding street parking right across the street. It was a fairly short walk to restaurants and the main beach street.

“Overnight stay”
I arrived and the guy on the desk spoke GERMAN to me. I realised later every resident appeared to be German. I'm English, speak no German. He explained how to get into central Palma in German - I'm yet to work out whether he just didn't speak English or assumed I was German as most residents were. Later when I came back Josefine was on the desk and she was amazingly helpful, spoke English really well, and didn't laugh at my attempts to converse in Spanish. Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Only thing I'd like is the facility to make a cup of tea/coffee in the room. I had to go to the bar to get one. I used the gym - cardio equipment is good, and floor mats, only one person can use weighted equipment at a time. Some dumbbells would be good. I would use the hotel again - breakfast was lovely. But only as a stop gap. Only 2 euros to get to central area of Palma by bus.

- Near the beach and local restaurants and pubs. - Short distance of the airport - Swimming pool clean and spacious - The shower is one of the best this on the room - AC was fine, but everytime we reduce the temperature was switching off.

Room was reasonably clean. 24hr check in so I was able to head there at 1am after my flight in to Palma. Close to airport. I was heading off early the following morning so really it was just somewhere convenient to stay for a few hours.

“just a stopover one night but relaxed by pool all day before i left and enjoyed the day … food was excellent”
staff were so good from night man to lifeguard and bar staff all polite and talkative and friendly
