Excellent stay accommodation clean and staff amazing. Bonus breakfast until 1pm. Spa facilities really good.

The room looked exactly like the photos and was spacious and clean. The breakfast had good variety and was restocked by staff very regularly. If I was travelling to the area then I would stay at this hotel again.

In this particular area, it is quite hard to find a hotel that has a relaxed and quiet vibe. Paradiso Garden offered that, with comfy rooms, great outdoor areas, and an amazingly friendly staff! The hotel has been refurbished not too long ago and the style is very comfy.

Was ok but not on the lvl of 4 star hotel. Breakfast was nice.

Room was nice and modern but a little on the small side, great views Located down a little street and close to the beach.

The breakfast was varied, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the wellness facilities were excellent!

Friendly staff, hotel is clean & interestingly decorated, nice sea view and the greenery around the hotel. SPA & gym facilities are just wonderful, saunas are great temperature and the area is nicely designed with rustic vibes. The only downside of it is that you can reserve it an hour per day/ room. Would love if we could enjoy it a bit longer. Great breakfast too, we did had to wait a bit for a re- fill, I guess we came at the busy timing and the clientele puts a lot on their plates. Rooms are nice yet on the smaller side, our room did not provide a wardrobe, but we came for a short stay without a lot of the luggage.

Beautiful, modern hotel. It's not massive, but you get a sense of spaciousness and luxury. Outstanding customer service!! From Reception, the cleaning staff, to the Spa staff as well. Spa and gym facilities included. Very spacious, elegant and above standard room (for 4*). Very close to the airport yet you don't hear traffic or planes at all! Super close to the beach/promenade and a couple of supermarkets (local + Lidl). Outside space/courtyard filled with palm trees and rattan seating area, giving a very relaxing "holiday" vibe, even in February :) The cherry on top was when they went above and beyond in helping me "rescue" my son's teddy elephant which we accidently left behind. He's back home with us now :) I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a high-quality place to stay, with a kind and flexible Staff (which for me was essential) in Palma!

Clean and amazing breakfast

The breakfast buffet had some nice vegan options and the free use of gym and the spa was perfect. Staff was very nice as well.

The whole experience was great. The facilities, the breakfast and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The bed was one of the most comfiest beds i have ever slept in.

Very clean, comfortable beds, good bathroom. Grounds were very pretty and well kept. Breakfast was varied and until 1pm, staff were very friendly especially the bar staff. Location was good 5 mins from the beach/bars/restaurant’s. Spa was small but nice. Free towels for pool/spa was great. Late check out till 7pm (€45) was brilliant.

The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in! The staff were so helpful and incredibly friendly. Pool area and Spa were also excellent. Very relaxing hotel. Breakfast was until 1pm and very tasty. 10/10
