Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff was often arrogant, unfriendly, and unprofessional, which made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. Instead of being helpful and courteous, some employees seemed indifferent to guests’ concerns and requests. The food was another major disappointment. The menu was extremely repetitive, with nearly the same dishes being served every day for two consecutive weeks. The quality of the food was poor, lacking variety and flavor, which made dining at the hotel frustrating. Overall, the combination of rude service and repetitive, low-quality food significantly affected our vacation, and we would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

The customer service was equally disappointing, as many staff members appeared uninterested in helping guests, and requests were often handled slowly or not addressed at all. We did not feel welcomed or valued during our stay, which greatly affected our overall experience. While the hotel has potential, the poor food quality and lack of professional customer service make it difficult for us to recommend it. We hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests

“Good central location and convenient for the airport.”

Whilst on stopping for one night before airport departure , the hotel was very clean, modern rooms . Location was excellent with an A2 airport bus, (runs every 45 minutes and takes around 20 minutes ) and route 25 Palma central bus, ( runs every 15 minutes and takes around 20 minutes ) , along with taxi rank within 100 yards of the hotel entrance. You are two blocks back from the front and beach so you’re able to sit on your balcony in semi peace and whilst we were on the third floor had a view of all around. Albeit if you want the best view go to the roof top 13th floor roof top bar, the almost 360 degree view is stunnning. As maybe the highest viewpoint in s’arenal. You can walk along the front in both directions , palma is around 6 to 7 miles away but around every corner is a lovely view, many bars, restaurants and beaches to stop and view , so take three hours with occasional stops. Central s’arenal about 1.5 miles away . Again bars, shops, beach all along the route. You are far enough away from the airport as not to hear, but you can watch the unfortunate folk having to go home.

The staff are very accomodating lovely and friendly. We did not feel out of place at all, we were made to feel very comfortable ....the location is very good not far from the beach and about 20 mins from the airport. The night time entertainment was nice in the hotel..This is a good hotel for Cultural Diversity.
