Everything! Extremely clean the staff were so friendly and accommodating, they went above and beyond on every occasion, the food was fantastic, even though it was a buffet, every day they had new and interesting dishes. The spa was fantastic sparkling clean, a sauna, a hamman/steam room, a cold water plunge bath, hot beds, hot tub, gym and swimming pool. Also I had a fantastic massage.The food and cocktails at the bar was fantastic also.We were two women travelling and it felt very safe. Our flight was early in the morning and as we had half board they open a room where we could have breakfast before we left at 5am, they literally have thought of everything, no request was too much

“A luxury hotel where you don't need to go anywhere else”
The hotel was perfectly located near to the beach. Our room was spacious, clean and modern, with the balcony overlooking the pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us rebook to a room on a lower floor. The breakfast and evening buffets were excellent and catered for all tastes. We had only booked breakfast but ended up having the evening buffet and lunch by the pool as well.

Overall, everything was great, just like last year. I didn't like the fact that the waiter insisted on a "tip" when we ordered cocktails. I don't understand why it should be mandatory and not at the discretion of the customer. It ruined the overall impression for me.
