Overview
The Grupotel Orient is set in a quiet area, just 500 metres from Majorca´s Playa de Palma Beach. It offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools with sun loungers, a gym and a sauna. The hotel has good access to Palma city centre, and the airport is just 5km away. There are also many shops and bars in the Palma Beach resort. Grupotel Orient has adapted access with ramps. It offers spacious, air-conditioned rooms with en-suite bathrooms. They all have a balcony, a music channel and satellite TV. The hotel’s buffet restaurant serves local and international dishes. There is also a lounge bar with terrace. Live entertainment takes place in the evenings. The hotel has internet corner and mini golf. A courtesy room with shower is also available after check-out. Repetitive food...could be more selection and better quality. Not much selection for vegeterians. Overall a pleasant stay, clean hotel and friendly staff. Spa is a big bonus!

“Choosing this location wasn't the best decision I made”
Very nice environment and outdoor pool. The room was nice and the beds were comfy, A problem was in the bathroom where, if the window was open, one could see straight in from other balconies. Bathroom amenities were also poor.

Hotel made upgrade of my room by themselves ,as far as requested king size bed wasn’t available in the previous room. I appreciate that. Reception personal was friendly and helpful. The meal in restaurant was tasty and meal’s assortment was generous..

“More like 3 stars hotel”
Good location, 10-15mins walk to the beach and main streets. Bus stop also 10mins walk and it takes 40 minutes to Palma. Very good food choices, we stayed 6 nights and every day it was different food options for dinner, we really enjoyed it. Nice and big outside swimming pool. Most of the staff nice and helpful.
