“A relaxing, calm hotel, yet close to the beach and all amenities”

A lovely, relaxing hotel with incredibly friendly staff (reception, bar, cleaners, kitchen staff – thank you!). The garden / pool area was great, with plenty of sun loungers, though some groups kept towels on theirs whilst leaving for lunch. A beautiful pool, never overcrowded. A delicious brunch with an excellent choice that you could return to until 13.30. Five minutes walk from the airport bus stop and the regular bus into Palma. Five minutes walk from the beach. I never felt unsafe, even walking through the streets late in the evening. My superior single room was a good size for one person, air-conditioned, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool area, and the shower was lovely. I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. I'd love to go back again.

The sound isolation is non-existent. You can hear people walking and talking outside your room as if they are in your room.

Fantastic location, 5 min walk to beach 3 min to bars and shops, spotless hotel with excellent facilities and food, pool area was stunning with plenty of beds and chairs to choose from. Would highly recommend.

The brunch was fantastic, and it was not only a one visit thing, you could go back as many times as you liked. I also liked that they changed some of the food the later it got. The pool area was amazing as well, the staff were superb and the rooms/facilities were faultless. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel was located just a hop and a skip away from the beach, but far enough away that it was quiet at night. Once you got to the beach, you could turn right for a calm, relaxing area or left for all the madness Arenal has to offer. The breakfast had everything you could ever want, and it turned into a lunch/brunch buffet as the morning progressed, a luxury I've never had at a hotel. The staff were lovely, multilingual and always happy to help (and they made some awesome cocktails). The pool is clean and chill. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern. My partner and I had a lovely stay here. This adults only hotel is exactly what we were hoping for, it's quiet, clean, the pool area could be enjoyed without kids running around, the breakfast was out of this world.

I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at this hotel. From the moment of arrival, the professionalism of the staff is evident – friendly, helpful personnel was always available. My special recognition goes to Zine at the reception and Tess at the mini-bar – both very welcoming and attentive ladies. The room is very clean and well-maintained and equipped with really comfortable bed. The bathroom is also impeccable, with stylish tiles on the shower wall. The room also features lovely, extended terrace. The breakfast selection was extensive and offered a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the pieces of cucumber, they were delicious. The hotel boasts a great outdoor pool area, with plenty of comfortable loungers and seating options to relax and unwind. The hotel’s location is another strong advantage – close to the beach, close to central area, yet in a calm and quiet nieigborhood. Overall: excellent value for money. The hotel is definitely worth recommending – both for short stays and longer visits. I will definitely return.
