“Affordable and nice stay.”

We spend a small week at the hotel during off season. The hotel was clean, the apartment was very spacious with a separate bedroom which we really liked. There was a kitchen, refrigerator and cleaning supplies. The bathroom had everything we needed and the shower was great! There was a balcony and we could sit outside if we wanted to. The beach and supermarket were both walkable which was great. We had a very warm welcome by the security cat of the hotel en the staff was also nice.

Super polite and nice people at the reception! Nice view from the room. Good location with several bus stops in the nearby and close to supermarkets. Beach only two minutes away.

Location and the apartmentscare very clean, well equipped, exellent floor plan.

Suitable place in short vicinity to the beach. Own pool with rest area equipped with comfortable chairs. There are 2 lifts what gives to the customers feel themselves independent . We didn't buy breakfasts (9-10 euro) because cuisine equipment is excellent alternative to have what you want. Amazing view from sea side opens lots of emotions to get satisfaction in Palma... Also the stuff is very polite and kind for every request. Mochas Gracias Amigos!

“Good location”

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great. Just 3 mins away from the beach, 5 mins from the supermarket Mercadona, and many restaurants just around the place. Rooms were big. A/C worked great. They had a fridge and some kitchen utensils. They had a nice, moderately sized pool.

Up on a higher floor

location is great, just have the sea view on balcony. there are several cats nearby, one called missya always stay in the sofa at ground floor. She's really cute!

“Very good stay for a bike trip.”

Nice, well equipped apartament. Building seems to be after renovation, reception is looking great. For a bike trip its was very good. Close to Mercadona and to the beach. Nearby are few places where you can rent road bike. Easy access to the airport with public bus.

Cleanliness and very nice staff

Modern apartments good space. Comfy beds. Great shower. We didn’t use the kitchen other than for making coffee but could have made some simple meals if needed.

Maria on reception was exceptionally good answering any questions we had. Location was very good and easy to get to from Palma by bus. Very good local supermarkets.

The staff are very nice. Location is great, just a short walk to the beach. Kitchen is fully equipped. Lovely cat always sleeps at the entrance is a bonus point.
