“I do not recommend this property.”

We stayed at this property for our holiday and booked two separate rooms. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We didn’t feel safe during our stay — the owner, Franciska, took photos of our passports with her personal phone, saying it was for the police. This felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The apartment they gave us on the first day (which they later called an “upgrade”) had a broken kitchen faucet. I never asked for a better apartment — it was the one they assigned to us from the start. Because the faucet didn’t work, we had to wash our dishes in the bathroom. The faucet was repaired while we were not in the apartment. If we had known when the repair would take place, we would not have left our personal belongings out. The doors were also very old; the bathroom door opened by itself and had no lock. I asked for a partial refund (30%) due to these issues, but the owner refused. Overall, we felt uncomfortable and dissatisfied. I do not recommend this property.

The apartment was comfortable, as well as near to the beach and it had good bus links to Palma and elsewhere. Francisca was very helpful about telling us about buses, a nearby supermarket and an authentic Mallorcan restaurant which was excellent.

We were very nervous when our flight was delayed by two hours, and we had a late arrival. However, check-in at Villa Nadine went smoothly and comfortably. The very hospitable and kind Francisca organized our welcome, told us about the sights we could visit on the island. Villa Nadine is very conveniently located: just a 1-minute walk from the sea, with a bus stop and a supermarket near the apartments. It’s quick and easy to get to Palma and other cities. The room was very comfortable, with a small kitchen equipped with everything necessary, a cozy bed, and a hot shower. I highly recommend Villa Nadine to everyone! Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful! Everything was truly amazing!

“Nice little apartment for a basic short stay break.”

Next to the beach and a nice quiet area (during the off-season). Also had parking directly outside. Staff were friendly and were very quick to resolve a water problem. It was very comfortable and would recommend to anyone looking for a basic short getaway.

Very nice location. Simple but clean . And there’s towels and sun protect cream can use for the beach ! With little kitchen, very convenient. With AC AND HEATER And the owner is very very nice But the pot and water cooker not 100 % clean, need to wash by myself again. But it’s ok!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Nadine in Mallorca. Our host was very polite and kind, and we were able to collect the keys in person. Everything matched the description perfectly and met our expectations. The beach is just 30 meters away, very quiet and enjoyable, yet conveniently close to everything we needed. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing and well-located stay.

Very close to the beach, had a microwave and mini fridge. The balcony was very good! The air conditioning was precious!!

Loved that the sandy beach was accross the road and lovely restaurants nearby. Location and value for money was a big plus. Fabien gave us a warm welcome and kindly organised transport for us to our mountainous retreat. It was a great stay in a spotless apartment.

Location and sea view from living room. Close supermarket with convenient prices. Very good restaurant with local food in walking distance. Bus stop for quick transfer to city or airport.

The location is brilliant, very close to the beach, supermarket, bus routes and airport. We were able to walk to the airport on the day we left. The views are lovely. The beds are comfortable.

Everything was really great, location is perfect, the owner is also an amazing woman she helped us about everything, she told us about restaurants, buses, shops, rent a bike etc.. she was very welcoming and nice. Apartment was clean and it had a balcony which is great. Everything is close to apartment, beach is right in front of the apartment and all in all it was a very pleasant experience.
