Villa very good and fully equipped with everything that a family could need. Large gardens well stocked with fruit trees and vegetables, Pool area great, good sized shallow pool for children and a play area for young children .Only 10 minute walk to a sandy beach with very shallow water.

An excellent villa with everything you need. Perfectly located within 15 min drive to Port d’Alcudia. Close to shop and coffee places for breakfast. Out host, Caterina was excellent, she was extremely friendly and generous.

“Spacious Comfort in a Citrus Garden”

This is a very special home and property. The house is very large and well-appointed, and the yard surrounding it contains both a large pool with many comfy palapas and recliners, and a working citrus fruit garden from which you are invited to enjoy the bananas, oranges and more. It is located in a mostly quiet area, but close to the beach and Alcudia. Caterina is a fantastic host, highly responsive, friendly and considerate. The hot water heater malfunctioned one day and was professionally replaced the next. We noticed some gaps in available kitchenware as we planned a special NYE dinner evening, and Caterina purchased and delivered what we needed within a few hours. Amazing.

Family like everything, we really enjoyed in whole facilities like barbecue, pool, garden, kitchen …House is near the best part of the beach . The restaurant’s are also very close. Perfect location, perfect house, a lot of space and perfect vacation!

1. First and foremost, the hosts - Caterina and her mother were truly wonderful and made our stay a perfect vacation experience, up until the point when one day we were surprised with a delicious cake prepared by Caterina. Caterina speaks very good english, is communicative at all times and eager to resolve any issues at once. 2. The house - villa is situated far from main and busy road in rather quiet neighbourhood. It contains everything that you need to function in a holiday house. There are four big bedrooms (2 downstairs, 2 upstairs), two major living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens and a kid's bedroom with playroom in the attic. The ACs are available in each of the bedrooms and living rooms. I must say that photos available here on booking site dont do the justice to this house at all. You have there two laundry machines, two dryers and other kitchen appliances. There is not a single thing that I could not find in the house if needed. 15 mins away from the main beach. 7 mins away from the closest grocery store. 3. The outdoors and the pool - massive space around the house, well maintained by the hosts, lemon and peach trees all around that our hosts let us use as much as we wanted to. Altogether, it has a perfect vibe of a spanish villa and you can sense it while walking around. The pool is of a perfect size, warm water, fully illuminated for night swims. We had a toddler with us and there is a huge basket of pool toys available, so kids can play all the long at the pool. Water in the pool is clear and filtered automatically and additionally it does not contain too much chlorine. There is an outside shower located next to the pool with hot water. There are plenty of different type of sunbeds situated next to the pool for proper relaxing. If you are coming by car, there is a huge square to park 10 cars easily. The whole thing is fully fenced and obscured for privacy with automatic gate. 4. The lovely cats living in the garden :)
