Overview
Palace de Muro offers Mediterranean Sea views from its setting a few metres from Playa de Muro Beach. It features a spa, 1 swimming pool and rooms with balconies. Everything. High standard and a friendly staff. Definitely will come back. The customer relations manager Anna made even a nice surprise in our room after I said 3kg weights are missing in a gym (only starts from 4kg) so she organised it and left them together with some snacks and drink, and gym towels. 😊 Thank you so much Mrs Anna - you are wonderful as well as your colleagues and the hotel itself!

“Lovely hotel”
Lovely hotel, well maintained and super clean. We had a great stay. Great breakfast buffet. Suite was a perfect set up for family as we could have the cot in the living room so as not to disturb our toddler.

The refurbishment is beautiful and great to see so many of the wonderful original staff like Roman, Victor, Jerome and Belen who are so helpful and welcoming.

the hotel has an excellent situation front beach, the staff are all fantastic, very professional, very helpful for all matters, extremely gentle and kind and smiling all the time. to bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. lucky us that the staff made our stay a success.

“Wonderful location, but the "Palace" needs renovation”
The location is excellent. Especially if your're into nice waves, kiting or surfing. There's only a few minutes walk to Platja Del Muro, in my opinion, one of the best beaches on Mallorca.
