Just 150 metres from the spectacular beaches of Alcudia, this hotel boasts an outdoor pool where you can enjoy a cocktail in the shade of the gardens’ palm trees. This 4 star hotel offers a buffet restaurant, snack bar and day and night entertainment for all our guests. The area is ideal to go shopping, dining out or having a drink. Guests will find a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The fully equipped suites and junior suites have air conditioning and a balcony. They also include satellite TV and a bathroom with a shower. The nearby nature reserve of L'Albufera Lake offers a peaceful haven of lush natural beauty for you to explore and enjoy. In August, the hotel requires a minimum stay of 5 nights.

Everything was amazing. The suite was spacious, comfy bed, AC working well, nice balcony. We did not use the TV as there was no youtube on it. The shower pressure was strong. The buffet for all-inclusive was good, not extensive but with good options and variable each day. Clean and nice pools, the best part it was it was not packed with people, there were always sun beds available anytime we walked in, not sure if because the time of year, but I was delighted. The stars of the show in this hotel def are the staff. A shout out to the brazilian lady at bar, Vaneza, and Oss! Unfortunately I dont remember all the names, but all the staff was excellent, from the and the buffet, they are extremely nice and committed, the cleaning staff (Maria was responsible for out room), and our room was cleaned every day of our staying, thank you! The animation staff is super, my daughter enjoyed so much every night of mini disco and Coco! The location is superb because is steps away from playa de muro although is in a less busy street, giving a nice and calm atmosphere and super easy to park.

The food was really super, always varied and tasty. This is something you don’t see often in hotels of this class. It is very close to the sea, there are a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, but the hotel is located in a quiet location. The hotel has animation, sometimes very interesting shows. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Food (quality/choice) average. To the big master chief: please smile, people are on holiday ;). Floor in dining room was not so clean. Management refused to put on the airco system in all the rooms although it was very hot in our room facing the south side. Only after 3 days, after many complaints I presume, they have put on the airco.
