Great location, family friendly, great atmosphere with friendly staff, in particular Miguel at the reception, Mateo the porter and last but not least Jessi our room cleaner. An extensive selection of food at the restaurants and bar with amazing staff. Amazing sustainability credentials, I particularly like the purified water stations and recycling ethos. Clean beach right at your doorstep!!!! The list goes on

The facilities and food were fantastic. The pools were fantastic for kids and having the beach was amazing. The hotel was very clean and there were plenty of staff to help. There was a lot of choice for food for each meal and it was fresh.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Iberostar Alcudia Park in Mallorca. The hotel is perfect for families, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The buffet was delicious with plenty of choices for both adults and children. The beach is beautiful, with soft sand and clear water just steps away. There were many fun events and activities every day. A special thank you to Johny and Gustavo, who were attentive, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would gladly return!

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel relaxed straight away. The children especially enjoyed the facilities and felt very comfortable during the stay.
