Located next to a lake and just 500 metres from the beach, this smart, family-friendly hotel has a great outdoor pool and tennis court. Kids will make new friends and have fun in the children's playground. Enjoy hearty meals in the buffet restaurant which serves a selection of hot and cold dishes. We stayed here for three nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The reception staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, making us feel well taken care of from the start. At both breakfast and dinner, the chef was attentive and ensured everything was well prepared. Our room was very nice and comfortable, and the location was excellent—very convenient for our stay. The food was generally good and met our expectations. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we would be happy to return.

Everything was amazing. They let me to check out earlier. The room had amazing view from the balcony to the Albufera natural park. I was able to see flamingos (far away) from my room balcony, that was amazing!!!. Very nice area to walk around, close to the bus stop (around 6 minutes). Very beautiful nearest beach. Room was nice, comfy bed. Very good breakfast and dinner, tasty food, nice and cozy vibes in dining area. Friendly staff. After check out there is a room to leave luggage.

“Lovely place, totally worth it”
Lovely place, good food and attentive staff. Wide variety of beverages and drinks. Our room was cleaned every day, all other facilities were clean as well. Plenty of parking space outside the hotel. The hotel is close to a beautiful beach, towels are to rent free of charge. I would totally stay there again.

As per booking.com web page for this hotel it states check-in time is 1500hrs and check out time is 1100am. We booked fully inclusive lunch, dinner, breakfast. So arrived at the hotel at 1500hrs to be told by the staff that they had finished serving lunch at 1430hrs. The hotel times for checking in is 1400hrs and checking out time is 1200 noon the next day. So someone at booking.com needs to correct the times to coinside with the Hotels. Not very good PR.

“Always a great choice!”
The hotel staff is always smiling, ready to help and welcoming. Super flexible reception, friendly staff at the restaurant & bar. They clean the rooms every day and they try to make your stay as confortable as possible. It was our 3rd year here and everytime they kept the quality or even improved where possible!
