“Great choice for a family”
Staff were excellent: Very nice and helpful. Food was very good and with great variety. Room cleaning was done daily. Very close to the beach and offers a wide selection of swimming pools which my toddler loved. Self service washing machine by the hotel entrance and a doctor on site.

“Great facilities and location, but too noisy and poorly prepared room.”
I liked that the hotel offers a lot of facilities within the property. The room was very spacious, more like an apartment, with a small kitchen, dining area, and an extra room. It is also very close to the beach. However, the hotel is located far from the town centre, so it’s not very convenient for accessing outside facilities.

I wish the bed was not made from 2 smaller beds. Both beds had maitress and were not staying in place. In rest, everything was perfect.

Location of hotel ,beach access, ,facilities,, pools ,entertainment , All of the above really excellent Staff were super friendly and always accommodating. Standard of food really good ,well presented and loads of choice to suit all. “Brilliant hotel in a fabulous location”
As a family of 5, we loved everything about this hotel. Set in a really quiet area, it's about a 15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants in Muro and a short taxi journey into Alcudia. The hotel itself is fantastic, really well set out, amazing facilities, pools and located on the most stunningly beautiful beach! Food was outstanding, we were B&B so we're extremely satisfied with the breakfast selection and quality. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Apartments were super, 2 bed apartment which was bright, bedrooms compact on space but perfect for our needs and super comfortable beds. All rooms had sliding doors out onto a balcony! Cleaning service was fantastic, fresh towels every day, and whole space cleaned. Entertainment was so good, something for everyone day and night. We will be returning next year to this hotel, it was a fantastic weeks stay, I truly can not recommend it enough.

“Amazing stay.”
Everything was exceptional. The rooms with clean and the view of the pool is fantastic and beachfront hotel to Playa De Muro is amazing. Sunrise in the beach was our day to day routine while staying in the hotel!

“Nice family hotel”
Nice clean comfortable room with side seaview in a quiet location. Staff all seemed pleasant and helpful. It seems to be an ideal family hotel with various nationalities staying there.
