We were satisfied with the hotel, especially the food and the service, which in our opinion were above the standard expected from a 3-star hotel. However, we believe the hotel should improve its security measures. The main entrance should be more secure, for example by requiring a key card or chip for access. During our stay, my daughter was able to leave the hotel on her own, and we felt that anyone could enter or exit the building without restriction. Better access control at the main entrance would make the hotel much safer for families with children. Apart from this concern, we appreciated the quality of the food and the helpful service provided by the staff.

Great place for families, a lot of open space for kids to roam and have fun, friendly staff, 5 minute walk from the beach, good food.

Very nice room, nice pool, very happy and nice workers and entertainment, maybe they could spend more money to improve the stage area. We loved the snack bar and the drinks, compared to other all inclusive hotel this one could really be defined as one. We also enjoyed the billiard and the other sports activities available (tennis court, minigolf, basketball etc.)

Apartment complex with balcony or small terrace. The terraces are beautifully decorated. We were placed in the last row of apartments and it was very quiet and pleasant. Pools (including children's), sunbeds, towels with deposit, playground for children... Food: very diverse, a large selection, some things are repeated, but there is always something new and different. There really is something for everyone. In the all-inclusive option, you also have a snack bar that also has a variety of food (meat, pasta, fruit, yogurt, ice cream...). Also, all inclusive includes all drinks during the meal and in the evening at the bar. Animation team: I have never seen such a team of people in any accommodation - young people who try to entertain both children and adults, have activities (morning and afternoon) in the children's club, activities at the pool and an evening program (children's disco). They were great! All in all, extremely friendly staff (in the restaurant and bar). Everyone is trying very hard.

The animation crew were amazing with all the children. The variety quality and availability of food and drink was fantastic.

The location, the ambience, overall activities for kids are good. The activities at night like disco n other shows are great too. Lots of food items across all the time of day is a big plus for this place. Wide range is there for everyone, adults , kids .. Beach is very near to visit quickly.

We liked everything. Location, price, cleanliness, staff, show program, food. It's a quiet hotel, many people with children, but it didn't bother us. Nice houses, although a bit old, but they keep privacy and clean, lots of space. The food is varied and tasty, although there are no different restaurants here, as there are at all-inclusive hotels. Special thanks to the staff.

“A very nice children-oriented hotel”

Very good location: 7-8 min walking from a clean sandy beach with a very shallow sea, perfect for small children. Also there are lakes nearby with ducks which give an impression of being close to the nature. There is a direct bus connection to the airport (Palma), Palma city, tpwn of Alcudia (a bus stop is just 5 min walking). A lot of activities for children (sport, pools, playgrounds, mini disco every evening etc), very nice pools. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is more or less the same every day but tasty and anyone can find something for them. Free usage of the washing and drying machines.
