The villa was well kept and contained everything we needed. The shared gardens and pool were brilliant with lots of loungers available. Reception staff and the maid were brilliant. The location was exceptional.

Lovely villa. Peaceful and quiet. Spacious and had everything that you needed. Tania was really helpful too and a great source of local info.

Very clean . Bed and sofa are very comfortable. The Dutch lady who manages the place is a lovely lady.

Everything was perfect and in excess - both the accommodation itself, the location and the very friendly and helpful staff. Specially Tania helped as with her hospitality in kindness.

The room was excellent, the bed was huge. Excellent outdoor space. Close to flamingo beach and a short walk to restaurants. Supermarket across the road.

The location was fantastic, right by a little parade of shops and very close to Playa Flamingo beach. It’s by a main road but not noisy. Feels like a little green oasis, the pool is lovely and the hot tub is a great extra touch. Great sleep in the dark bedroom and comfy bed. They had thought of everything, from beach chairs and umbrellas, to beach towels, to little extras to make your stay nice. The personalised loungers on your little veranda were wonderful. It was nice and quiet and you felt like you had your own space even though there were other villas nearby. It was much nicer than the pictures. We will be returning.

Lovely accommodation, clean and welcoming. Loved the day bed outside, and the terrace area was well kitted out with everything we needed - table, chairs, loungers, BBQ and drying lines. 5 minute walk to a well stocked Spar store and some bars and restaurants, and far greater choices within a 10 - 15 minute walk.

We stayed for 16 nights. Our room was serviced 3 times. This was inadequate due to fact we could not flush away used toilet paper. This meant we had used toilet paper in our bathroom for 5 days...a health hazard . Also fitted sheet did not fit mattress properly and kept sliding down. Noise from the road was also an issue. Reception only open Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm.
