Quiet location. had its good parts but was also quite far from airport and main shopping centers considering.

Villa 10 is large an spacious with plenty of room for 6 people. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the garden spacious and well kept. There are various outdoor areas, including a roof terrace, and plenty of outdoor seating including sun loungers. The pool is great - we paid extra for heating which was worth it in early January although sadly the weather was unusually chilly during our stay. The area is quiet and secluded but within walking distance to a small parade of shops and restaurants and also the coast path which will take you as far as you want to go towards Playa Blanca town. The villa is in a small gated complex which feels safe and secure. Communication with Denise from booking and through the holiday was great. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout which really helped.

Villa was spacious - A little on the older side but charming and very peaceful Clean - was ok needed a steam clean of bathrooms in my opinion you could see lots of dirt between tiles/grout. Good support from local Mgt Team Denise

“The perfect location for a friend reunion - felt like our own little paradise!”

The property was fantastic and perfectly fit the needs of our group! We loved the pool (though would recommend paying for the heating!) and hanging out in the outdoor space and had everything we needed inside to cook and watch movies and things in the evenings. Would definitely suggest hiring a car as makes the island much more accessible to you. A brilliant time and venue that we will definitely return to!

The facilities were immaculate and in a really nice area. Was quiet but Playa Blanca was only a 15 minute drive away so we didn't mind it. Outside was very spacious and it was nice and cool inside aswell. We were provided with lots of toiletries and towels aswell.

The villa is beautiful. It was very clean and well laid out. We loved the inside and outside area. It was spacious and retained character as well as being modern enough and clean. We were a bit worried as it’s the first time we have had such a small villa as we are usually a larger group - but we were NOT disappointed. It’s a good size for 3/4 people. The pictures are a true reflection of the property. We loved the extra touch of the little Christmas tree and the complimentary wine, water and chocolate. So appreciated! The residential area is gated which makes it feel safe and it’s very quiet.

The perfect comfortable base for the holiday. The villa layout was good, with sheltered outdoor eating area just outside the kitchen and also a southerly facing sitting area by the pool. We watched the sun rise from our beds every morning. All necessary kitchen facilities. Shops within easy walking distance.

Our villa was burgled on the third night of our stay. At 5 am a robber entered our upstairs bedroom through the open window. I woke up exactly the moment a man was leaving our room back onto the terrace roof probably after being unable to open the room door, making a noise which woke me up. I immediately tried to catch him but he was faster and run away onto the roof and jumped down onto the ground. I suppose he picked our room as the window was open, other windows downstairs were closed. This was horrible experience and luckily he hadn’t managed to rob the house, probably wasn’t expecting that room door were blocked. Otherwise he would have run quietly downstairs and rob keys wallets and who knows what else. What would happened if he approached children? Anyway, police was informed and the management of the villas, all we was offered was apologies. I am sure this villas are being watched as I came across other similar review on google. Also there are extra physical locks on the windows so that must be the reason why.

Pleasant villa.

Exactly as advertised : quiet, roomy, with simple but good equipment. Heated pool is essential in winter and works well. Orientation is also excellent with a sunny terrasse most of the winter days

The villa was great, the garden had sun all day the pool was excellent, a good size for the kids and the kitchen had all we needed. Air con in the main bedroom was a bonus
