Great location. A supermarket, restaurants, takeaway pizza and bars minutes away, with Marina Rubicón a 25 minute walk along the sea front & Aldi a 5 minute drive. Beautiful spacious outdoor space with optional heated pool. Playa Mujeres is a sandy beach a 5 minute walk over the hill behind the villa and there you’ll find crystal clear water. Outdoor BBQ. Really welcoming pleasant staff for key handover. The pool cleaner came regularly and did a great job.

“Perfect villa for a family in a peaceful part of Playa Blanca!”

The villa was perfect! Located on the edge of the national park and very peaceful. The outdoor terrace caught the sunrise and sunset and we ate outside for every meal. The pool was fantastic and a very comfortable temperature when heated in October, we swam for hours daily. The garden was well-equipped and not overlooked. Beds were comfortable and showers hot, sofa was a nice place to rest at the end of the day. Good, dark blinds helped the kids sleep. We also appreciated excellent communication from the Alohey team, who welcomed us on arrival and who could be easily contacted. Would recommend!

The location & outdoor space : there’s multiple areas where you can sit & sunbathe in the sun or shade, lots of places for the kids to play, it is secluded & private & in a perfect location to explore the area. Perfect indoor size for a family with everything you need!

Fantastic villa with everything you need for a family holiday. Luisa was very helpful when we checked in . We arrived quite late in the evening and she personally phoned for take away delivery for us. The hosts are very quick to respond to email with any information you may require .

Fantastic villa with a great outside space. We paid for the outdoor pool to be heated which was great for the kids The villa was clean and bright All rooms had air con The villa is a 5 min walk from a small commercial centre with some restaurants which we found better value than the Marina Rubicon. The Marina was a 25 min walk from the villa and very picturesque Anissa met us late in the evening and showed us around. We had a late flight on departure so were hopeful of a late check out. Unfortunately that wasn’t possible but it didn’t spoil our stay

“Excellent villa with beautiful outside space.”

The villa was excellent with particularly good outside space. It had everything we needed with a lot of homely touches and attention to detail. The gardens are beautiful with lovely views of the volcanoes and the pool is a very good size. You can pay extra to heat the pool but we didn’t need to do this in September. Communication from the management company was excellent and they met us at the villa on arrival. The villa is situated in a residential area about a 25 minute walk along the coastal path from the Rubicon Marina. There is a small supermarket and a few restaurants 5 minutes walk away. It is also close enough to walk to the Papagayo beaches. We were pleased we had hired a car due to the location for bigger supermarket shops and trips to central Playa Blanca but a car wasn't essential. We had a lovely stay and would love to return.

We were thoroughly impressed with the property during our stay. One of the standout features was the fantastic view of the mountains, which provided a breathtaking backdrop for our entire trip. We often saw the horse riders coming back from their beach trip at about 9pm. The generous-sized pool was another highlight, perfect for relaxing or entertaining our 6 year old daughter. The kitchen was very well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals without needing to bring anything extra. It had everything we needed and more, which was a pleasant surprise. The beautiful garden added to the charm of the property, offering a space to unwind, and its well-maintained landscape made it feel like a private oasis. The location is fantastic it’s like a little village, which has a taxi rank. So if you want to go to the more lively Marina Rubicón or Playa Blanca it’s easy and costs less than €5. Lastly, the property felt incredibly safe and secure, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, combining comfort, luxury, and security in a picturesque setting.

Everything - spacious, clean, comfortable, had everything you’d possibly need & more. The host even arranged for a cafeteria to be there for us. The outdoor space is amazing for a family, lots of different areas to sit & relax & for the kids to place. It’s very secluded & private yet so near things

We loved this property and had an amazing time…. The location and outside space and pool is beautiful. 25 minute walk to the Marina and a few local shops and bars… we loved it. It was quiet, no traffic and simply a beautiful place! We have booked the villa for next year 😀

“Amazing villa, will be back again!”

This villa was amazing, great location if you like to relax but then have facilities all around you, the mountains behind the villa are stunning and so peaceful especially at night. It’s a 5 minute walk to the nearest bars/restaurants and a taxi rank which is 5€ max to take you to the marina (30 minute walk along the front) or the centre (50min/1hr walk along the front). The pool and outdoor area is absolutely massive which was great we loved it, however when other residents do walk past they can see you sunbathing or in the pool over the wall so something to stop that would have been good but I suppose it’s unavoidable. Love how modern and clean the property was inside and appreciated the smart TV for the evenings, aircon in every room was amazing especially the one in the bedroom at night as it does get really stuffy without it. The bed is really comfy and having 2 showers when getting ready is also beneficial! Staff were really great and replied to my messages within the hour, although I never had to report any issues etc. but we’re always so kind! I tried to book to come again but all the dates we would want are fully booked and I’m not surprised!

The outside of the Villa is stunning - the grounds and plants are just beautiful. It is raised up and had amazing views of the surrounding areas. The kitchen cupboards were well stocked too and everything was clean and tidy.
