“Just the two of us to have a relaxing break”
location was fantastic. Easy to walk to local restaurants and supermarket. Villa was very quiet and protected from the wind. The swimming pool was also great with temperatures between 28 and 31 degrees.

“Perfect holiday villa for a young family or couple”
The photos correctly portrayed the villa. The pool was an adequate size for us as a couple, and would be perfect for a young family. The temperature was constantly 28 degrees plus, and as such was the best pool we have had in any villa. The owners were very professional and attentive to any questions or needs, and the villa was very clean and functional throughout. Although not beside the sea, the location is a 15 minute walk from everything. I highly recommend this villa and will definitely return

The villa was very comfortable and bigger inside than we had expected. The outside space and small pool were also significant plus points.

Amazing privacy, no visitors, no interrupting, peace and quiet. A kind Whatsapp message with all instructions, keys, codes , clean villa - just enter and enjoy ☀️ All you need is waiting, bread, water, wine 🍷, fully equipped kitchen, sugar, tea, coffee, spices, oil etc. You just bring your own food and you can start cooking 🥰 All the pots, tools, utensils. Drink and wine 🍷 glasses. Separate towels for the pool and bathroom. Three full sets of garden furniture plus sun beds. Even a floating thermometer in the pool 🥰

The property was clean, and had everything in the Villa that you need, modern and everything to hand, the Villa is about 10 minute walk to nearest super market, also 15 mins in taxi to the main town which is 5 euro in taxi

The hosts were very attentive and responded very quickly to any queries we had which we very much appreciated. The pool was at a perfect temperature. Very quiet area and the Villa had air conditioning which was much needed. I would highly recommend this spotlessly clean Villa.

We had a very nice relaxing week in Villa New York. We were delighted to see a welcome pack of Milk, bread, cheese and ham and also a bottle of wine. The facilities were excellent and communication was first class. We were very satisfied with this vacation.
