“Wonderful stay”
This is a fab hotel so clean, lovely staff and we got upgraded to half board and the food was so nice. Lots for children to do and a beautiful spa.heated pool and loads of sun beds. Great facilities. Mini disco was a big hit with our children. We will defo be back.

“It was ok but we probably wouldn’t return”
Food was ok. Resort was quite nice. Staff were friendly. We were upgraded to full board from half board. We were also given a free entry to the spa.

“I was upgraded upon arrival and enjoyed every minute of my stay. Lots of solo travellers which was a plus!”
The hotel was beautiful. I LOVED the suites and I loved how close I was to all the facilities. Everything was spotlessly clean. The spa facilities were great. Adult pool and restaurant really good. And the staff in reception were so helpful (especially Pablo who was the first person I met). I really, really enjoyed my stay and met up with a few other solo travellers. The upgrade to Premium Suites was the best surprise ever. Thank you all at Elba Lanzarote.

I had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very generous from day 1: I got an upgrade for absolutely no reason and that was fantastic. I loved the buffets and I also enjoyed the gym.
