“Modern house in a quiet area, ideal for a couple”

A modern and well equipped 1 bedroom house, it had everything we needed really, including a private parking spot outside the house, the area is very quiet, ideal to rest and a good spot to start trips around the island, The host welcomed us with the keys although we arrived late, he was very helpful and informative, everything really recommended.

We loved the location and the proximity to some of the best beaches on the island. We loved how clean it was, how well equipped with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, sunscreen etc.) and kitchen utilities.

The property was clean, cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay! A quiet place to relax with great access to a local store and bus stop to the beach. They gave me a bottle of wine for my stay which was a lovely touch! The host was very kind and caring throughout my stay.

Excellent & super friendly host Eric always there to assist and provide support if required. Very good & calm residential location, few mins drive from Playa Blanca city centre. Very well appointed flat with some welcome treats offered by the host. Kitchen very well equiped!

The host is such a nice person. He really wanted us to feel comfortable and really did his best. He might even be the best host on the entire island! The apartment was very clean. The bedroom has everything including a washing machine. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. There’s a smart tv in bedroom and living room. The garden was nice with privacy and we enjoyed using the bbq. We felt very welcome. Thank you Eric. You’re the best!

“A perfect little house to explore Playa Blanca and the south of the island”

Erick is a great host, very friendly and always available to provide any help. The house was spotless clean and it’s very cozy, it really makes you feel at home. The details provided make the difference (like a bottle of wine, coffee, extra towels to use at the beach). The small patio outside is also very nice and even has a private barbecue. A lovely house!

this was a little gem it had everything you could possibly want like home from home and Erick and his family are lovely and very accommodating. all the finer details you could want from tea coffee facilities water and cava in the fridge towels blankets shower gels the list goes on………..

The property was very clean, very good amenities, in a quiet and safe location. You could be in downtown Playa Blanca in 6 minutes and great locations to get to El Dorado and Papagayo beaches. Really appreciated the barbecue also which my family and I used frequently. Our host was excellent, very helpful and accommodating.
