“Comfortable and well equipped apartment in a great location.”

This is a very comfortable and well equipped apartment. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has all the equipment you need plus a washing machine. The location is very good. 15 minutes walk to the marina and a further 10 minutes to the nearest Playa Blanca beach. There is a supermarket and excellent Indian restaurant within 2 minutes walk. We didn’t have a car and found the local bus and trips to the National park and boat trips easy using local pick ups. Javier was very helpful, good communication and lots of recommendations before we arrived. We will be back, a great location for a fantastic holiday!

This was the second time we've been, the flat is very comfortable, well equipped and always very clean. The location is great with easy access to The Rubicon Marina or the beaches along the way to Papagayo.

Fabulously clean with great facilities. Large, very comfortable bed, plenty hanging space, great options for seating, loved the coffee maker. The whole property is immaculate!

Everything about the property was superb, many excellent facilities that you would not normally get with holiday accommodation. Extremely comfortable, it was spotlessly clean with superior bed linen and towels.

The host Javier, was first class from the initial booking right throughout our visit, meeting up at the apartment to hand over keys explain in detail how everything worked. The apartment was of a high standard and spotless inside and out. Thank you for a relaxing break.

The property complex was so quiet and peaceful. Really beautiful too. Loved the apartment for its location - close to a small beach and had its own pool in the complex. The apartment was really clean and well decorated with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. We were lucky enough to have some bikes while we stayed which made getting around a lot quicker and made for an even better experience

Javier was very helpful and friendly. He organised our transport to and from the airport. Javier also personally resolved a small problem that occurred. We will definitely be returning soon.

Javier was so helpful, especially as we arrived later on Xmas eve after a delayed flight. Made arrangements for key collection & details regarding apartment etc. Great apartment with everything you need. They left a plentiful welcome pack. Pool a little cold for this time of year but beaches nearby & sea warmer! 5 *

“Perfection”

My son and girlfriend have just returned from the most fantastic holiday.Hosts Javier and Vanessa reply very quickly and really went out of their way to make this stay special.Also the bikes were fantastic.They were happy to be in a quieter place and walk or bike into the main resort.Depending on your fitness you might need a car but bikes suited perfectly.Javier sent a bus timetable from airport and kindly arranged a lift to Airport at a reasonable price.Thank you Vanessa and Javier.Both of them really loved the apartment and had the most fantastic holiday.

“excellent place to escape to from cold UK winter! - And a very good & classy stamp of accommodation”

Brand new and large apartment ( 60m2 approx) - very tastefully decorated/furnished and finished - Lovely new kitchen and shower room ( eco setting on shower but perfectly adequate) with nice verrandah & great king size bed with netflix tv etc - surrounded by similar in quiet new development - Javier the owner was professional, pleasant and helpful and available at end of phone if any problems to be sorted ( there weren`t any) - We phoned when we arrived at airport and Javier was waiting for us at the other end when we got to Playa Located at the Far (Arecife) end of Playa Blanca (Patagyo beach end) - There were at least 3 local supermarkets and a few friendly bars and restaurants ( Simply Natural & Alfies - two good ones amongst others we didn`t visit but looked fine) - the local 30 bus service is close by and wanders around the town every 20 -30 minutes or so for non walkers - but the sea front promenade is just down the road and great exercise to & back to the marina bars/restaurants ( "The Flagship" great small pub atmosphere especially when surprisingly good musicians on & and the Indian Mumbai Masala restaurant there also very good) and beyond in town centre and even beyond that - Location is excellent for medium fit walkers ( average 16K plus steps a day for us) - All in all a great property and centre for a weeks break - looking forward to going back
