Comfortable and very clean. Super quiet. The ladies were warm and friendly, and the breakfast was good.

It was quiet and peaceful. The restaurant served a very nice evening meal, with lots of choices. It is a nice place to relax. The accommodation is in a converted shipping container, so quite small, but the bed was firm and comfortable. There is only one temperature of water - room temperature! But overall clean and good value. Aircon worked.

The room is basic but clean, what we expected, still good value for money. The garden is a beauty in an overcrowded and quite dirty city. What flabbergasted us was the quality of the cooking in the restaurant, unexpectly refined whereas prices are just typical, The place is 10 minutes from the airport, a great starting or ending point for vacations.

The food at the Kilian will exceed your expectations. The open airy restaurant is great. The service is excellent. I will always come back here because it's the nicest place in town to have your very good cup of coffee in the morning. The place is a little hard to find but at the same time it is very quiet and secluded.

Excellent service and food. The included breakfast varies every day and is particularly good. Gourmet coffee. The location is somewhat hidden which makes it very quiet but is very central in Farallon. So everything can be reached within a short walk

KILIAN offers accommodation in two different locations. There's a B&B cabaña in the grounds of the restaurant, and a beach house near the ocean. I only had exerience of staying two nights at the B&B. Kilian, and his wife Grecia, are a young couple originally from Venezuela and Chile, respectively. As a trained chef, Kilian decided to make the switch from employee to Dueño a couple of years ago. They are new to the scene, and the COVID pandemic delayed their take-off. The first view of the property, from walking down the short driveway, is to see a large, restored, palm thatched, crafted wood, opensided building. It's set on a green lawn, surrounded by landscaped grounds. This is the Bar/ Restaurant, softly lit, with restful music -confined to the background- two well spread hammocks and extra pieces of accent furniture handmade by the owner. More of these personal touches are to be found in the finished cabaña (there are currently two of these but the other is s awaiting restoration, with ideas for more accommodation in the planning). The cabaña has a double bed with attractive bedding that includes a thin duvet. The Aircon works well, and quietly. Water pressure in the shower area is good, and hot water is not required in this muggy climate. On the wall is a full length mirror, and there are pieces of handcrafted furniture for storage, a writing and eating surface, and extra hooks on the walls. In the restaurant, I really can't find fault with the design and ambience. Attractive menus sit on one end of the bar, and there are several bar stools for use. Meal options are plentiful, and all cooked to order. Kilian uses the best ingredients, insisting on butter rather than margarine. The bread is home baked, and he operates to high ethical standards, refusing to buy juvenile seafood from the local fishermen, while trying to encourage a long-term view.

The owners are incredibly nice and the food is amazing (best breakfast in Panamá!)
