The volunteers were really great and common areas and pool were especially nice. I also enjoyed the surf skate session. The beach of Avellana is magic.

“Excellent”
Incredible surf house with an amazing team. Costa Rica can feel overpriced when traveling solo, but this is a place where your money actually delivers real value—top-tier service, delicious food, and great accommodation. I’d stay here again without hesitation if I return to Costa Rica.

One of the cosiest and loveliest surf houses we’ve been. Amazing location, great kitchen with tasty food, lovely people and nice area. Great staff and comfortable beds. Cute dog and child friendly. We love it

Joaco the manager is a great host and the staff are very kind. The spot is not too far from the beach and local surf areas, a small quiet town which was great.

“Beautiful house, food, and pool. Expensive and unaccomadating manager.”
The rooms were super comfy - the bed was massive, and the aircon lovely and cool. The hammock was nice on the balcony. Great pool and the food was excellent.
