The Location, the stuff, the room, and the cleanliness.

The room was spacious as it is more like an apartment room. The view was quite good because you get to see the market place directly. Even though, the room was quiet without noise from outside. I didn't try the breakfast since there are multiple choices around the neighborhood.

““Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Plauen – Quiet, Clean, and Thoughtfully Welcoming””

On our way back home, we planned a quick overnight in Plauen to visit friends — and this hotel was a wonderful surprise! The room was spotless and felt brand new, located in an extremely central yet peaceful area. Despite being right in the town centre, it was very quiet, which we really appreciated. Parking was available in a secure garage for a small daily fee — totally worth it for peace of mind and avoiding fines 😉. The biggest surprise was the breakfast: we were asked in advance what time we’d like it, and everything was beautifully prepared and ready when we arrived. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, even setting up a toddler’s chair at our table for our little one. Everything was fresh, tasty, and served with care. Check-out left us with a great feeling to continue our journey. We totally recommend this place and would happily return!

Friendly and flexible staff, clean rooms, kettle and tea bags/instant coffee available in the rooms, welcome water, good firm cushion, spacious room which would not be apparent from the outside, shower gel in the shower, nicely decorated breakfast room, parking right in front of the hotel

“Wonderful hosts and great breakfast at a good location”

The owner and his wife are wonderful and sweet people. He showed us the modern and spacious aptm for the three of us. It had everything we needed, coffee, lots of tea, spices, salt sugar, kitchen stuff, big tv. Even better was breakfast for a very reasonable price. It had a small buffet with cereal, and the landlady brought more and more food with such asian friendliness and politeness, eggs, fruit yoghurt, more coffee, juice - absolutely great. The landlord had time talking to us about his life and his family, we watched the video of his son's wedding and laughed a lot. Super stay - I promised to come back with my wife. There is free parking for motorbikes around the corner in front of the Rathaus - very nice. The location is very good in the center of the old town, with a pedestrian zone and a very good and reasonable Austrian restaurant, Irish pub and traditional restaurants nearby.

Very good location, the owner and his wife are very kind! We parked the motorbikes in a parking space in front of the hotel, very safe and free of charge. The room and the bathroom are very clean! I recommend, I would stay there again!

A very friendly host showed us to the very comfortable apartment. Well equipped and beautifully situated next to the big church, we had a very agreeable stay. Breakfast was excellent!

The owner greeted us and came downstairs to advise us on parking. The owner helped us take our luggage up the stairs to our room. She also offered us free coffee or tea. My husband was celebrating his birthday which I mentioned to the owner. After a good nights sleep, we were greeted with a birthday present for my husband. We are away from home travelling for many months, so small gestures make a difference. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. we also had a kettle and a fridge, which were not mentioned in the room description.
