“Perfect paradise. That really did tick all of the boxes”

The location was perfect. Plenty of parking. The apartment was exactly as pictured. The gardens and pool area were immaculate. Very quiet location. Adina was very quick to answer any questions. She was very accommodating with key pick up and also returning our deposit. We are hoping to book again for next year. The apartment was everything we had hoped for and more. Even down to the use of sun beds which we borrowed for the pool and the beach. Thank you for that.

Excellent location, in a gorgeous, well maintained complex. The apartment is spacious and is equipped with absolutely everything. Perfect for a family of four with two teenage boys. The host was extremely helpful.

A clean, bright apartment, as well presented as it appears in the photos, and with many additional thoughtful extras. It’s on the 3rd floor - The ground floor being just a small, secure entrance lobby from which there’s a staircase with lighting to each level, or a lift from the 1st floor. However, there’s about 5 or 6 steps up to the 1st floor which are unavoidable, and could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. But it’s an easy, level walk to the Arenal and various amenities, and the area was reasonably quiet and felt safe. The key holder, Adina, met us outside even though we were slightly delayed. She showed us around the apartment and explained the keys, pool use, etc. I was nervous of handing over the €300 security deposit, but she returned it as promised after checking the flat before check out. Parking is directly outside. Its free & shaded spaces were usually available when we stayed. The air conditioning worked efficiently, but when switched off it continued to make noises at erratic times which was annoying at night time. To be fair we didn’t raise the issue during our short stay, but we mentioned it at check out and Adina was surprised & said she’d get it fixed. Also be aware that the a/c motor is on the balcony. It’s discretely hidden, but it pumps out hot air which makes it uncomfortable to sit near (but useful for drying towels etc!) We found the way around this was to switch the a/c off while we were out on the balcony. This worked fine for us 2, but could be a problem for a bigger group, with some in & some out. One last thing is oven gloves and a smaller baking tray would have been useful, but maybe we never found them? Personally I found the apartment very pleasant and would use it again / recommend it to others.

She also offers useful guidance on points of interest, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. The apartment is located in a complex with a swimming pool and palm trees, a true oasis of relaxation. The building is equipped with a spacious elevator. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated and bright. It also benefits from heating for the cold periods. The kitchen is fully and modernly equipped and the apparment has high speed internet and smart TV For those passionate about tennis or padel, the location is in the immediate vicinity of the David Ferrer Tennis Academy.

Perfect location to the lovely town, supermarket, bus stops, beautiful Arenal beach. Apartment tastefully furnished contemporary style with comfortable bed and pillows. Beautiful outlook to Pool and gardens which are like an oasis calm peaceful after a busy day. Pool is huge and perfect temperature. Best of all our host Adina is positively charming. She's attentive and so efficient in everything you put to her no matter what the issue. Such a reasonable price too
