We had the best stay at Villa Antoniadis. Tasos and his family were incredible hosts and Tasos makes the best Freddo Cappuccino in all of Greece. The pool area is perfect place to unwind and cool off. Location is perfect, 5 minute stroll to Platis Gialos the best beach in Sifnos and has great food options on the beach. Strongly recommend Steki for authentic Greek food and Palmira for breakfast and night cocktails on the beach. Everything was easy and stress free, Tasos helped organise transfers and anything else we needed he was always so friendly and available. We fell in love with Sifnos can’t wait to come back next year :)

Villa Antoniadis is a wonderful, family owned hotel run in the relaxed Greek way. Everyone is so friendly and eager to tell you the best places to visit. It's just far enough away from the beach and tavernas to be peaceful, yet only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The hotel pool is kept crystal clean, just like the rooms and all the other areas. They also serve probably the best coffee in Greece. If you plan to visit Platis Yialos, we recommend you stay here for a relaxing and friendly holiday. Thanks for a great time.

Walking distance to the Platis Gialos. Very cool pool after a day at the beach and the warm hospitality of the host. Very refreshing freddo coffees to add!

We were late arriving and the owner waited up for us which was very kind. The room was wonderful, overlooking the gorgeous pool, clean and large with a full kitchen area with enough cooking faciities and table. The air conditioning was a bonus and the shower was fine with plenty of hot water. It was cleaned on a daily basis and fresh bedding and towels replaced. We had breakfast the next morning which was great but the portions were so big!! We felt awful because we couldn't eat it all! The pool was wonderful and always plenty of sun loungers to spend lazy afternoons. Platis Yalios is exceptional..great foodie restaurants, bars and shops. The local buses as great to use and regular. In fact we wished we coud have stayed longer...Oh well we will defintey return! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

“Good for solo travel too”

I stayed 1 day and 1 night alone while I waited for my friend to arrive and join me. I was nervous when I got there because it was very quiet and on a side street (not main road) but I was welcomed warmly by the owner and his daughter Maria so I felt safe after meeting them. The room was cleaned daily and the shower was nice and hot. They offered me water and coffee which is nice because I am not a breakfast person. It is a family run business and they try very hard to do their best to look after you. I’m really grateful they looked after me. Solo tips: This area of Siphnos was safe but I would not suggest walking back to the apartment when it is dark on your own as it is in a small road away from the beach. Make sure to specify your arrival time too so that the owner can check you in as in the afternoons I didn’t see them much. It is very quiet here and a good place to stay if you want alone time with your thoughts.
