Situated right on the long, sandy beach of Platys Gialos in Sifnos, Pension Ageliki Sifnos features rooms with a furnished balcony or veranda overlooking the Aegean Sea or the village. “We had a lovely stay!”
The rooms are very spacious and clean. We loved the view! They provided a nice basket so we could make our own breakfast. The staff is very nice and accommodating!

The property has a lot of character. Plenty of delicious breakfast goodies provided. Our host Margarita was lovely and very obliging and the rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day if required.

I loved the Pension Ageliki Sifnos. Ms Margarita and her daughter Efrosini were so helpful and accommodating. This is a very charming pension in an amazing location — right on the beach with a lovely terrace — and an excellent value during high season. When I was there most of the guests were Greek and many were repeat clients (one couple having come there for the last 18 years, they said). My room was beautiful—perfect for a solo traveler—very clean, charmingly appointed in the island style with a comfortable bed and excellent AC, a very nice bathroom too, and quiet. There are many excellent restaurants and cafes within minutes walking.

First and foremost the kindness and hospitality of the owner/manager is unmatchable. Moreover, the location is quite convenient, there are private parking slots for the visitors and the rooms are quite clean.

“Excellent beach hotel for a leisurely summer holiday”
Wonderful location on the beach; beautiful terrace with trees, bushes/flowers and transats, chairs etc. Nice decorative elements. Air conditioner works well. Water pressure in shower was excellent. Amenities for self-catering very good (we were in the 4 bed room). Outdoor shower and foot washer well designed. Several good eateries as well as a supermarket nearby. In short, a lovely place on a lovely island for a reasonable price. A place to come back to again and again. Ms Margarita's warm welcome and letting the guests to live at their own rhythm is a definite plus. One feels at home. (Also a big thanks to the lady who cleans the rooms daily).

Amazing place! Apartments are very cozy, sweet) and clean. Staff is over kind, and tidyes your rooms every single day.Location is perfect, exactly on the seaside, is quiet enough for comfortable living and not far from restaurants, market and bus stop at the same time. I had amazing rest there and didn't want to leave this place and this island.

I had this amazing view to the sea, going with just the bathing suit and the towel to the beach, walking barefoot to restaurants and cafes in Platys gialos. What a bless! The Pension is also excellently located for the walking trails. Just right on the starting point for the trail to Fykiada, and near to Xrissopigi and Faros. Finally, just 1 minute away from the bus stop to Apollonia, Artemonas, Kamares.

“Loved Sifnos....would highly recommend”
Amazing accommodation the view was beautiful and the sound of the sea when lying in bed is awesome. The bar restaurant next door was so accomodating also, loved the resort and would highly recommend this holiday. Plenty of good restaurants on your door step.

“A great experience in a beautiful location”
Location is fantastic with the bus stop a mere moment away and you can fall to sleep with the sounds of the waves. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of food options and the port is about 30 mins away (a taxi is generally around €30. A bus is €2.80). I went in September and it was quite quiet with mainly an older crowd or people with babies but great if you want to chill! I got in late at night due to delayed ferry (nb if there’s any wind this generally happens) and they were very helpful

“Beautiful stay”
We loved the location and proximity to the beach. Public Parking available behind the hotel. We had a free upgrade to a sea front room! Lots of good restaurants nearby. Best beach on Sifnos. Highly recommend.

“Amazing place ❤️”
Cozy room steps from the beach! Margarita is so lovely and welcoming. We will definitely return here in the future. So chilled and peaceful. Loads of books to choose from in the outdoor library o Short walk to anything you need in the village, bus stop right outside if you’re travelling by island bus ❤️
