The location is perfect, close to bus stop, food, beach. Nice to get away from the crowds at the beach at the end of the day as its so quiet and peaceful here 😊

The apartment was very nice. Had lots of space and very comfortable. The balcony overlooks Platis Yialos, great view. Very close to beach and surrounding beaches, bus stop and shops and restaurants.

“So convenient”

We had the 2bd 2 bath apartment and it was great. Lovely area with a great beach and restaurants, recommend Niko's up the hill, and all within walking distance. Bus route wasn't far away and only €2 to get back to the port and the windmills.

Family property , everyone very friendly and helpful !! Very clean , cozy and tidy 5 min from the beach and many nice restaurants! i recommend and i will be back 🥰

“Feels like coming home”

We came back to this special place and it felt just as magical as the first time. The apartment is spotless, cozy, quiet and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Nick and his father were incredibly welcoming again. It's always a pleasure to see them. The view from the balcony is unforgettable, especially at sunset. This place has become our go-to in Mykonos, and we’re already counting down the days until our next visit.

Great location, 5 minute walk from the bus stop and beach. Run by family who are all lovely and helpful with anything you need. Lovely clean rooms in a good location. Be prepared for expensive sunbeds at the nearest beach though!

“Comfortable for a short stay”

The unit we stayed in, is nice and big. Kitchen was well equipped and it has 2 bathrooms, both with showers. The rooms are also spacious with enough cupboard space as well. Both rooms as well as the living area had aircons, which is great to have in summer! The hosts were amazing and always available to assist.

“A beautiful apartment with very close amenities :)”

The apartment was 2 bedrooms, lovely and fresh and clean. A family sized with a huge kitchen and dining area. We also had a balcony upstairs off the master bedroom and lovely views. The host was very helpful and always assisted us when required. The location was in walking distance to the bus stop and to the amazing Psarou beach and supermarket and restaurants.

“Myconian dream”

We returned for the second time and enjoyed every moment of our stay, it's our favorite place in Mykonos. The apartment is well-equipped and very clean. Nick and his father are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The view from the balcony is amazing, and we can't wait to be back next year!

We were travelling as 2 couples, and we absolutely loved our stay. The host Alexandres and his wife were the loveliest people you can meet - a HUGE thank you to them for making our stay so much more memorable 🥰 Facilities were incredibly nice and cozy and extremely clean, everything was topped up and tidied to perfection every day. Kitchen has all utensils you might need for light snack preparation or even full meal cooking if you wish to do so. If you want a relaxing beach holiday with a pop to the old town every now and then this has an increadible location. It is in a peaceful place and just ~9min bus drive away from the busy old town, available all day there and back. It is a 5 min walk away from the platis gialos and psarou beaches - both absolutely stunning. By the bus stop to town (<5min walk from Villa Nireas) you have a mini market where you can buy whatever you need, theres another one down the road and a 3rd one on the beach, all opened till late - so there's plenty of supplies around. The view from the Villa is stunning from the upstairs balconies, so to get this view the road up to the Villa is a killer - however its always good calorie burn from all the lovely food you can get to eat on holidays. Also, there is an available parking space next to the Villa if you don't enjoy walking and want to rent a car. In conclusion, recommend to anyone! And would stay again no doubt!

Villa Nireas is located perfectly, near the beach but also near the town! Everything is super clean and has everything you need! The Owners are the cutest, they helped us with everything and even gave us the best homemade cookies and cakes! We were supposed to stay only a week but ended up staying for 3! Cant recommend it enough!

The apartment was stunning and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. It was cleaned daily and towels changed daily. It had a ground floor terrace and a balcony. I would highly recommend staying here.
