The kitchen and the living room are on the ground floor, combined in one spacious area. One of the bathrooms is also on the ground level. The second floor hosts three bedrooms and the second bathroom. The top floor is again spacious, with three beds in it. In fact our family did not have any issues with the cooling of the top floor. There the AC body is not pointed to any of the beds which is a huge plus. The villas look new, inside everything is clean and shiny. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, there is even a dish-washing machine. The washing machine is in the bathroom on the second floor. The hosts are very welcoming and willing to help.

Nice and clean location. Parking places near the building. Fully equipped kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff. Daily cleaning services. Very close to the beach (walking distance 50 m).

The host was very kind and welcomed us. The house is spacious and very well equipped. It is a step away from the beach. everything you need is very close by: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants... Definitely recommend!

“Very good and clean property in a great location!”
The host Mr. Dimitris was very kind and helpful. He met us to hand over the keys and to show us around the house, which was very clean and has a nice living room area. The location of the property is unbeatable, a few meters away from the beach, and next to most restaurants and cafes in Plataria. There is a supermarket nearby, and a cozy cafe for which delivers espresso directly to your doorstep.
