“The best home we stayed it !”

This place was simply amazing! A true, cozy greek style home that had everything we needed and more. The garden was a dream big, green, with hammocks, sunbeds, and even a little vegetable patch. The house was packed with everything you could want for the beach, which made our stay super easy and fun. We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. Not to mention Popi’s warm welcome and the delicious homemade treats she surprised us with. We absolutely loved everything about this place. It was perfect in every way. The location was great for us, super quiet and private with only a 7min drive to Kala Nera Highly recommend

“Dream holiday home”

There is nothing to add to all the reviews - except to say that it is all true! We have been renting vacation properties for over 30 years and have never experienced such hospitality. Also the property is very good value for money if you compare it with other rentals on that beach. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. The initial access can be a bit surprising with the drive along the beach. If approaching from Volos we recommend turning right off the main road down the little path just after the BP garage and at the exit sign of Lechonia. Drive down to the sea and turn left. Drive beyond the old fishing boat and the house is 50m further.

The house is really lovely! It is located right on the beach in a pleasant and quiet area. There is a lovely garden where you can sit and enjoy the view and the weather. The hosts are wonderful. They generously filled the fridge for our arrival and provided us with everything we needed. There is a pedal boat for guests to use and we really enjoyed using it. The place is highly recommended!

“Beautiful holiday home in stunning location with wonderful hosts”

This is quite possibly the best holiday home we've stayed in. Theo, Poppy and Ioannis made us feel so welcome, and brought us delicious pastries and cakes and wonderful home made moussaka. The location is absolutely stunning, right on the sea looking over to the hills opposite, and having the pedaloe to use was a bonus. The house is so well equipped, we didn't really need to bring anything with us, and we were encouraged to use the delicious vegetables growing in the garden. We had a wonderful holiday and very much hope to return.

“Perfect house to relax in by the sea.”

We loved the location of the house which was right on the beach. We were surprised and bemused on arrival to have to drive onto the beach to reach the house itself, but this turned out to be no difficulty at all. In fact it was really cool. We were met by Theo and his lovely mum. They made us so very welcome. The house and garden is very pretty and well kept. There is a vegetable patch and our hosts kindly said we were welcome to pick tomatoes, aubergines and other produce etc to use whilst there. The fridge was generously filled with provisions for us, and the house was extremely clean and comfortable. The garden has tables for plein air dining, a car port, a swing and hammock, and also a pedalo which we were kindly allowed to use. The house had everything you needed to be comfortable. Our hosts were extremely helpful and friendly , and advised us about visiting Volos and sampling the local seafood . It is so beautiful to look out to the sea. Swimming was very good although it is quite rocky underfoot. The water is wonderful. The house is very well appointed and is located within easy walking distance of a couple of bars and taverns for dining out. Volos is a short drive away and there is an excellent taxi service to take you to Volos to try tsipouradiko (highly recommended). We could not have asked for better hosts or place to stay.

“Wonderful”

The best booking.com place we have ever had since 15 years we started to travel. We spent seven happiest days in our life, we would prefer to stay seven years! We have never seen so marvellous and so generous hosts, now we miss them as if we belonged to their family. The best equipped house we met, everything is there and much more – what the people said in previous comments is absolutely true: fridge and table full of local products, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, juices, goodies, etc. are waiting for the guests. Fantastic wi-fi, very strong, wonderful sleep on the new mattress, such a nice and well cared garden and the sea at a few meters, very good swimming, transparent waters, quite ofen calm, twenty first meters not deep, so ideal for kids. As other guests say, 10/10 is not sufficient to express our enthusiasm. Very highly recommended place and don't forget to open your heart when you go there, Popi's and Yannis hearts are waiting for you.

a perfect beautiful house that located so close to the beach, as a matter of fact on the beach. the house was fully arranged with all the facilities, and the hosts are kind, friendly and helpful and even baked a cake and special home goodies for us.
