located in a quiet area of the city; less than 10 minutes to the beach common areas (kitchen, living room, yard): very spacious, well equipped, tastefully decorated parking space in front of the gate the washing machine was a big plus

The place is very nice and with a reasonable proximity to the beach. There is a nice terrace and great garden equipped with barbecue.
