“A hidden Gem in Platamonas”

  We had an amazing stay at Amaryllis Luxury Rooms in Platamonas. From the moment we arrived, Marina gave us the warmest welcome — she was incredibly helpful, providing us with all the local tips we needed. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, yet just a short walk from the town center. Our double room was spotless, newly furnished, and decorated entirely in white, which gave it a fresh and relaxing feel. We especially appreciated the small kitchenette, fully equipped with everything we needed (even an iron!). The room was cleaned daily, which was a big plus. Breakfast was served in the room each morning — a lovely touch — and it was varied and generous. While the best beaches are about 3–4 km away, they’re easy to reach and well worth the short drive. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more. Everything was perfect — the accommodation, the location, and most of all, the warm and attentive staff. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Platamonas

Spotless cleanliness in the building and surroundings, rooms perfectly cleaned every day, fresh towels, bed linen; coffee capsules, mineral water, small cookies replenished on an ongoing basis; all equipment in the room, kitchen area, bathroom and balcony modern and functional; cleaning ladies and the lady at the reception very nice, smiling and very helpful, doing a perfect job! Property is located close to vibrant Platamon city center, on a relatively busy street, sometimes it was a bit noisy early in the morning - however for us it was ok, just 1 min walk to Masoutis - a very well stocked supermarket. Overall a great place!

Beautiful modern room, superbly equipped, in a lovely small hotel/inn, a real gem of a find, with the best bed we have slept in in 3 weeks through Greece. The breakfast bento box was a great way to start the day and The staff were great.

Everything. It’s perfectly located close to the centre and the Platamonas beach, it’s new, it’s clean and has its own parking area. The receptionists are welcoming and professional.

“Comfortable and luxurious stay”

The rooms was exactly like in the pictures, if not even better. It is obvious that the whole property is very well maintained and cared with love and attention to the details. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had all the amenities and the plus for me was the sliding mosquito net/block on the window and the balcony tent blocking the sun in the morning. There are small things that you wouldn’t necessarily find somewhere else. Overall it was a very luxurious stay and we only have very positive feedback and experience.

I had a wonderful stay in Amaryllis. Everything was perfect the staff is very friendly and discreet. The rooms are full equipped and super clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, new decor and super clean. I had a view from my window that looked beyond the street towards the mountains. The bed was comfortable, and there was air con and a small kitchen. All the amenities were available. The bathroom was new and cleaned daily. I had a lovely balcony. One bonus was that along the corridor leading to the room was an external washing line that was discreet. The owners of the property were incredible: both professional and welcoming. All the staff made sure my stay was very comfortable, and I was even collected and then driven to the local station, Neoi Poroi. All queries prior my stay were answered promptly and with detail. The location was a 5-minute walk from the main centre, a 7-minute walk from the marina and the local beach, and a 2 km walk to the next beach and train station. There is a walking route to Platamonas Castle that is around 3.5 kms from the property and very scenic. If you have a car, there is space to park on the street. Finally, a grocery shop is just a few minutes away.

The rooms seem fairly recently renovated and are small but you have everything you need. We only stayed one night because we used the accommodation to take a break from driving, so I don't know how comfortable they would be for longer stays, but if we return sure I would be willing to try it again if I ever come back to Platamon. Each room had a balcony, and we appreciated it. It also had free coffee, and that's always appreciated aswell.
