The charming atmosphere of a stunning ancient building beautifully converted for guests. This must be the jewel in the crown of Paradors. Excellent staff from helpful check in desk to the bar which catered for our need of supper despite the restaurant being full for Spanish mother's day! The olives were the best I have ever tasted, huge succulent and intriguingly seeped in a subtle flavour of local paprika. Wow. The room was spacious and a very comfortable mattress and a quiet good nights sleep. I will certainly be back for more ...

Beautiful old convent / monastery tastefully restored - lots of history well placed within the walls of the old town, with easy access to other historical sites. Very nice attentive staff with very nice food in the refectory. I would happily recommend to friends and family.

Firstly --- their secure car park was full -- however the receptionist was most helpful in helping us deal with this and find an alternative. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast staff were not welcoming or friendly -- and the food was very badly lit and disappointing ---
