Overview
Just 2 minutes’ walk from Plasencia’s main square in the historic quarter, Hostal La Muralla is a small, family-run guest house. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a TV, free Wi-Fi, and modern, private bathrooms. Plasencia Cathedral is just 5 minutes’ walk away. While Marqués de Mirabel Palace is 4 minutes away. Parking can be found near the property, and a range of restaurants and cafés can be found very nearby. All of the rooms in the Muralla guest house have heating, and some have French doors with a small balcony. There is a comfortable lounge for all guests to use. Reception offers luggage storage.

The Lady running the hotel is a gentle, informative host, it is a family run place and you feel they enjoy it, it is their proffesion of choice. The room was large, clean and quite with a nice view of the city walls. Modern bathroom, amazing big shower. There is a traffic sign for a hotel right on the main square, location is central! Best stay on my Camino.

Right in the centre,clean and a good price .would recommend ,Had secure carriage for my motorcycle always a bonus. Even though my Spanish is terrible ,she was patient,understanding and helpful 👍

Very helpful host. Very good breakfast options. Situated in the old town - quite a climb if you are walking or biking., but worth it.

“Real bargain and perfect location”
The hostal is perfectly located just inside the medieval city walls and 2 minutes from the attractive, lively plaza. The hotel is very reasonably priced, so the room is more than adequate with a large double window looking onto the walls, hot shower with a good flow. The heating in the tool worked well too. The service was very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to park our car in front and they allowed our ancient dog to stay free. We thought the hotel is a real fond.

“Basic, relatively comfortable but noisy”

The hostal was within the city walls and well placed to visit the sights, parking was available opposite but it was a tight fit with only 3 or 4 spaces available. The room was basic but all we needed for a one night stay. The host was friendly and helpful
