“Very pleasant ovenight stay.”
Although booking was for accessible room we were.given a choice and upgraded to a suite ie separate sitting room. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful Good choice of breakfast although down a chair lift but manageable.

“Just what we needed to for a quick family getaway (Plasencia).”
Like the views from our room. Street side. 2nd floor. Breakfast was great. Parking option. But what really stood out was the staff. Super friendly and helpful. Especially Jorge, the guy at breakfast. Top notch.

“Classy stay in this traditional hotel.”
Traditional hotel located a couple of minutes walk into the amazing town centre with a convenient car park opposite (special rate for the hotel). Reception and breakfast restaurant are part of a old bank, very airy and spacious, and serving a breakfast with a great selection of meats and cheeses, breads, pastries, cakes and hot items. The large room was spotlessly clean and full of character with a super balcony, well worth a few more euros! We’ll appointed bathroom. The staff were really friendly, helpful with local knowledge and professional.

“A clean comfortable, spacious and very well located hotel.”
This was a fantastic hotel, situated 3 minutes walk away from the historical town centre. The room was clean and spacious with Tea and coffee making facilities, including good A/C. Parking was very convenient literally across the road with hotel discount prices. We will definitely stay there again.
