“Worst experience in my life”
I made my reservation and I show up and when I get there they told me was no room available for me. Not even with my Reservation #. And they’re charge my credit card me for the room even there not give me any room at all, They’re told me the hotel was overbooked The neighborhood is so dangerous and was some people outside using drugs.

“Great stay and my new favorite for quick business trips in Dallas!”
I found the room to be charming, clean and very well laid out! Great use of space that's very functional. Love the hard floors instead of carpet and the clean but not chemical smell of the entire facility. Great job in recent renovations and care of the property!
