“Overall a clean and comfortable hotel. Well worth the monies paid.”
The room was very clean. It was comfortable and had the coffee maker which was a relief. I only really had interaction with one member of staff and she was friendly, welcoming and professional at the same time.

Staff were really friendly & helpful, I didn’t catch their names but the young girl, the other lady & 2 men who I spoke with at different times during my stay were all really nice & helped with issues I encountered on my trip (flight cancellations not issues with the property) the location was perfect, 5 min Uber ride to good bars, good restaurants etc. room was nice size, wasn’t noisy, bed was comfortable, had a little kitchen with utensils, microwave fridge freezer etc. Really good value for money & will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Plano

“Horrible pet stench.”
I travel to the Plano area every month and I have never had such a bad room experience. The stench of dog piss was so bad that I had to use Lysol just to be able to be in the room. This is unacceptable and disgusting ! You have provided "pet friendly" accommodations without regard for "people friendly". Obviously you have chosen to cater to dogs over people......your decision will eventually ruin your entire facility. Why don't you have a section of the hotel designated for pets and the rest of the rooms designated NO PETS ! I will not be returning to your facility.
