The location was excellent, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the facilities were good. The overall level of quality of the hotel itself is not as high as I would expect from a 4-star rated hotel elsewhere in the world.

“This must be your NO1 choice, the bar next door adds to the hotels friendly, safe vibe.”
The staff was really helpful and welcoming. I was a little sick and asked for painkillers, and they had them at hand, which made a difference in my stay. The hotel has a bar next door, which is exceptional and a great bonus to the hotel's location.
