This Plano hotel is within a 25-minute drive of downtown Dallas. The all-suite hotel offers a fully equipped kitchen, separate living area and free wired internet in each guest suite. Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas-Plano serves a cooked breakfast every morning. Monday through Thursday, the hotel offers an evening reception with free drinks and a light meal. Shuttle service within a 5-mile radius is available at the Plano Homewood Suites. Guests can use the outdoor swimming pool or jacuzzi. A gym, laundry facilities and business center are also offered. Guest suites at the Homewood Suites Plano are equipped with a flat-screen TV and alarm clock with MP3 connectivity. Two telephones and ironing facilities are also provided in each suite.

“Very bad experience”
This hotel has many problems and is not recommended at all. First, the sheets were not clean and had stains. Even after the change, the new bed sheet was dirty and had a red stain. The rooms were not cleaned regularly and completely, and the carpets were not completely swept. When we moved to a new room, there was no washing liquid in the kitchen. The dishes in the kitchen were incomplete and damaged. The pots had no lids and the pans were full of scratches. The sofa bed was completely damaged and all the springs were broken and it could not be used as a bed. The breakfast of the hotel did not have a good variety and quality. Back in the day, when the bread, jam, or orange juice ran out, it was not replaced until a week later, and the same food left over from the previous day was served again. First I had booked a room for 5 nights then I booked again for 3 more nights and both times I paid the fee on time before entering the room. But for the third time, when I tried to book there for another night, we were kicked out of the room while I had a sick 11-month-old baby and a 10-year-old child and a lot of luggage, and they told us to sit in the lobby until the money was paid. Since we were new arrivals and did not have a credit card, we had to wait for someone else, so we waited for 5 hours in the hotel lobby and only after paying, they gave us the key. The only thing that matters to the management of this hotel is money, and money and nothing else. So actually this hotel is money friendly not family friendly! Consider this
