The elevator doesn't work. The facilities were filthy, including the room, and there were no clean towels. The staff is rude and racist. They initially put me in a room on the 5th floor, but despite my explanation, they moved me to the 3rd floor and told me to cancel, but they wouldn't refund my money. That's why they treat people this way—to steal paid reservations and put a relative at reception. The hotel used to be good, but now it's a drug-ridden dump. It's filthy, and we're never going back to that rat-infested, shitty hotel.

The elevators weren't working and there were water leaks in the hallways, trash and food scraps on the floors... very dirty... and it smelled strongly of drugs.

It said breakfast included, there is no such thing, the pool hasn't been cleaned in months, the room smelled weird, the air conditioning barely worked, and during your stay they don't clean your room
