“Great Hotel and a Good Price”
This hotel was really nice. Great decorations in the lobby and rooms, and I really liked the interesting room layout, with the bed's headboard up against the wall dividing the bedroom and bathroom, and the bed facing out toward the windows. It was definitely different than your standard hotel room! Everything felt modern and stylish. The bed was also really comfortable, the curtains kept the room sufficiently dark, and the shower had good water pressure. I liked that there was a little food pantry area in the lobby where you could buy snacks or cold breakfast (cereal/oatmeal), since the hotel's hot breakfast was not included in the rate. The bar and pool area also looked really nice, though we didn't take advantage of either. It was nice to not have to pay for parking, and we never had any issue with finding a space. The hotel is located right on the freeway so it's not like it is in a scenic location with anything you can walk to, but it is directly across the freeway from The Shops at Legacy, so it is a less than 5-minute drive to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. I don't often have reason to visit Dallas but if I were to ever again, I would definitely stay at this hotel.
