Great location a little walk out of town, quiet location. Spacious roof top room with large balcony. It only needed a little more shade during the day, apart from that, it was very nice with a beautiful view:) Very friendly owner.

Just a few minutes walking (with sidewalk, little traffic) to town, wonderful sea view from the terrace (if you have one of the 3 full sea few rooms), small kitchen, parking in the backyard.

“Perfect stay at Skinos”

Absolutely loved our stay at Skinos - The place is perfect! It’s a 5 minute walk from the centre of Plakias with easy access to lots of tavernas, coffee shops, bars etc and walkable to all beaches in Plakias. The bed is so comfy and lovely big comfy pillows. We absolutely adored how close you are to the water, listening to the waves during the night and in the morning was so peaceful. We spent many evenings relaxing on the balcony after being out for the evening just watching the water. It’s super clean and has everything you need with the small kitchen area. We have no complaints we were pleasantly surprised and would definitely go back! Lots of parking around the back and easy drive to neighbouring towns beaches (Plakias / Southern Crete itself can be very very windy so some of the beaches outside the town are more sheltered and stoney so less uncomfortable when the wind picks up). Honestly 10/10, amazing value for money and the hosts are so friendly!!

Spacious, light, clean studio with everything we needed. Wonderful view from the balcony. Quiet location, short walk to the town.

“We really enjoyed our stay”

We had a big appartment with very nice terrace overlooking the sea. Three minute walk to shops and tavernas. A small beach within 100 meters and about 10 to 15 minutes to the main beach of Plakias. Several very beautiful beaches are accessible by car.

The best place for families and for couples. The hospitality is amazing from the owners.

“Brilliant stay”

Incredible location and friendly hosts.

Spacious and very clean apartment divided into two rooms. The kitchen was well equipped - we found everything we needed in it. We were provided with plenty of towels, shower gels, shampoos. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea, and the beach is just a short walk away. From the terrace we watched breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. There is a spacious parking behind the apartment. The hosts are very friendly. It's a few minutes walk to the centre of Plakias and I'm glad we stayed outside the centre. I wasn't impressed with the town, but there are some awesome hikes to do in the area.

“Lovely peaceful base in Plakias”

The apartment was clean and nice with a beautiful view and balcony, amazing location and lovely hosts that were helpful and friendly. A great base in Plakias and nice and quiet/ private, snorkeling on the doorstep. It felt safe and well looked after the whole time and made our stay easy.
