“A very good villa in a perfect location in Plakias”

We were met by Maria, the host. She welcomed us and showed us around, which we greatly appreciated. She was very helpful and answered our questions quickly and politely. She was very generous and help us to print out a birthday card (she went to printer office in Rhetymno!). We were given a large basket with gifts (wine, coffee capsules, olive oil etc). The villa is spacious, moden, stylish, very well equiooed. We liked that each bedroom had an associated bathroom. The location in the eastern end of Plakias is perfect since the beach is only one minute away and it is very quiet.

The villa has everything you need. We really enjoyed the pool and that it is very close to the beach. A max. 10min walk will bring you to restaurants, super markets, a bakery.

Great sea views from ground and balconies, and less than one minute walk to beach and beach bar. The villas are very spacious and well equipped, and everyone has their own bathroom. Sheltered from the wind.

Location was great, just few meters to the sea….the villa was clean. Also we would like to thank Maria who was in contact with us for all the questions we had during our stay.

Perfect spot right next to the beach, lovely clear water and lots of rocks to snorkel around to the left hand side of the bay. Very spacious even though we had 4 adults and 4 children we never felt overcrowded. Lots of facilities in the kitchen and lovely welcome pack from the owners. Pool was very decent size and the electric canopies were a great source of shade. Very windy at times but when the wind drops it felt too hot so maybe the wind was needed. 10-15 mins walk to the lovely strip of restaurants and various supermarkets etc. about 1 hour 45 mins transfer from the airport over some very high mountain roads but glorious viewing. The owner and the house keeper were always quick to respond and very helpful both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Villa was spacious and modern. There were 6 adults and one child. Andreas (owner) responded very quickly to requests before travelling and arranged for a swimming pool guard and extra bed as we had a one year old in the family group. Maria (housekeeper)was very helpful on phone calls etc and came around to meet us all to ask if we needed anything. Nothing was roo much trouble and she even scheduled the villa cleaner around our one year olds sleep pattern. Thanks Maria and Andreas.

Everything was great, but I would mention here the hospitality of Chris, she was so nice, and the comfortable beds. Thank you again.

“Stunning and spacious modern villa.”

The villa is modern, spacious and beautifully presented. It's situated in a great location away from the main village, but close enough to walk to the resurants and bars and right next to the best part if the beach. The large kitchen has everything you will need, although it's far nicer to use the huge bbq next to the pool. Chryssa, the property manager is wonderful. She met us at the villa, showed us the whole property and answered all our questions. She even dropped off a watermelon to say sorry for the power cut the whole village had. We would definitely recommend this villa as a perfect relaxing location. It is large enough for 2 to 6 adults with the 3 huge bedrooms and outdoor space and pool is perfect, day or night.
